Once you officially book your session, we’ll schedule this call about 3-4 weeks before your shoot date. This is where the real magic happens and we bring your vision to life together! During this dedicated planning session, we’ll: Create your custom mood board - We’ll dive into inspiration, colors, vibes, and the overall aesthetic that reflects your brand Finalize all the details: ∙ Locations - Indoor, outdoor, or studio ∙ Wardrobe planning (what to wear, how many outfits, what pieces tell your brand story) ∙ Props and styling elements ∙ Shot list (specific images you need for your website, social media, marketing materials) Align on your brand identity - We’ll talk about your brand values, the feeling you want to evoke, and the story you want your photos to tell Logistics - We’ll confirm timing, backup plans, any vendors you want to add (hair/makeup, stylist, etc.) By the end of this call, you’ll feel: ∙ Completely prepared and excited for your shoot ∙ Clear on exactly what to expect ∙ Confident that we’re on the same page creatively ∙ Like your vision is fully understood and mapped out
