Some sessions just feel like a slow, sunny afternoon with a friend, and Lacie's brand session was exactly that. Three hours, six outfits, a cozy home that felt made for her, and one very sweet pup named Otter. I'm so excited to finally share a peek at her gallery and the story behind it.

Planning a Session Around Who She Is
Before we ever picked up a camera, Lacie and I talked about her brand, her audience, and most importantly, her personality. She described herself as quiet and cozy, and I knew right away that a busy downtown backdrop or a bright, stark studio wouldn't feel like her.
So we built everything around that feeling. I shared location ideas that matched her aesthetic, helped her think through outfits that told a cohesive story, and made sure the whole experience felt calm and unrushed. Your brand photos should look like you, but the session itself should feel like you too.
A Home That Felt Like Her Brand
For this session, we booked a darling home that fit Lacie's brand identity perfectly. Think soft natural light, warm textures, and inviting corners that made it easy to capture her in her element.
Shooting in a space like this gave us so many options in one place. We moved from room to room, working with the light and the details of the home, so every set of images has its own mood while still feeling like part of one cohesive brand.

Three Hours, Six Outfits, Endless Versatility

Meet Otter, Our Special Guest
Of course, we couldn't leave out the sweetest part of the day. Lacie brought along her dog, Otter, who was an absolute dream to photograph. Having him there made the session feel even more relaxed and gave us some of the most genuine smiles in the whole gallery.
